What is the base pay and payout schedule?
Base pay is $300 per on-camera booked hour with biweekly payouts.
Is there a first-shoot minimum?
Yes. The first shoot has a 4-hour minimum.
How do royalties work?
The public terms are 50% base royalties and 60% at the top tier under signed terms.
Do you offer ownership in the company?
Yes. Eligible early partners can receive company equity under signed terms. The public range is 0.10%-0.35%.
Is there a launch partner bonus?
Yes. Select first talent or leads may receive an additional 5% equity launch partner bonus under signed terms.
What media is required at application time?
You need 5 to 10 raw photos and one intro video that is 45 to 90 seconds long. The form only lets you continue when those are valid.
How quickly do I hear back?
Our first reply target is within 24 hours after your full application is sent.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical onboarding is 7 to 14 days once your age, ID, and health checks are done.
What if my country is still under review?
You can still apply. It may just take longer while your country is being reviewed.
What legal language controls if translation differs?
If translated wording says something different, the English contract version controls.
Will my personal data be shared?
