Easy Payment Process

1. You complete a simple payout setup during onboarding.

2. We track your booked hours and royalties clearly.

3. Payments are sent on a biweekly cycle.

4. The same pay numbers stay consistent across Home, FAQ, and Apply.

Ownership Upside

Cash comes first. The added distinction here is ownership: eligible early partners can receive equity in the company under signed terms. The public range is 0.10%-0.35%, and select launch partners may receive an additional 5% equity bonus.

Real Ownership

This is intended to be actual company equity under signed documents, not vague points or store-credit style rewards.

Signed Terms

Nothing is automatic. Ownership details, timing, and vesting only count when the final documents are signed.

Launch Partner Bonus

Select first talent or leads may receive a 5% launch partner bonus on top of the standard public range.

If translated wording ever differs, the English contract version controls.

This is the simple public milestone format. Final assignment is still specific to the person, the role, and signed terms.
